Southern Health Partners is launching a new correctional healthcare program at Worth County Jail, and we’re looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse MTA to help us build a strong, compassionate healthcare team from day one.

This is more than stepping into an established position. You’ll be part of launching a new SHP healthcare program and helping set the standard for quality patient care at Worth County Jail.

• Providing direct patient care and nursing services
• Administering medications and treatments as ordered
• Completing assessments, documentation, and follow-up care
• Monitoring patient conditions and recognizing changes in health status
• Collaborating with medical providers and the healthcare team
• Responding to patient healthcare needs in a timely and professional manner
• Maintaining accurate medical records and documentation
• Supporting continuity of care within the correctional healthcare environment
• Helping establish efficient workflows and a strong culture of care as the new site launches

You’ll also enjoy the structure of a Monday through Friday, 8-hour schedule, giving you consistency both on and off the clock.

• Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia
• Current CPR certification
• Previous nursing experience preferred
• Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the healthcare team
• Commitment to providing compassionate, professional patient care
• Ability to work within a secure correctional environment
• Must be dependable and prepared to help support the launch of a new healthcare program
