We’re hiring an Experienced Tax Manager to oversee and elevate tax preparation and review operations across our expanding platform of accounting firms.

This role requires deep technical tax knowledge and strong client-facing communication skills. You’ll lead a team in preparing, reviewing, and delivering accurate, high-quality tax work—while supporting smooth client management and compliance across multiple entities.

• Oversee preparation and review of individual, corporate, partnership, trust, and estate tax returns (Forms 1040, 1120, 1065, 1041, etc.).
• Manage payroll and sales tax filings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.
• Provide expertise in 1031 exchanges and other complex tax matters.
• Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring clear communication, responsiveness,ULATION.—anel
• Manage and mentor staff accountants and preparers on tax compliance, review standards, and client management.
• Ensureнев efficient tax workflows using advanced technology and best practices.
• Identify and implement tax planning opportunities to maximize client value.
• Collaborate with firm leadership to enhance tax processes, maintain compliance, and drive overall growth.

• CPA or EA designation strongly preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in tax preparation and review.
• In-depth knowledge of individual, corporate, and partnership taxation.
• Experience with payroll, sales tax, and 1031 exchanges.
• Experience in real estate taxation is a plus.
• Proven leadership and staff development experience.
• Excellent client communication and relationship-building skills.
