Otolaryngologist (ENT) – Optum NY – Syosset, NY

Optum NY (formerly Optum Tri‑State NY) is seeking an Otolaryngologist (ENT) to join our team in Syosset, NY. The position is part of a clinician‑led care organization that partners with local tertiary hospitals and offers an integrated, patient‑centered practice.

• Independent practice with strong affiliation to local tertiary care hospitals that provide a full range of ENT medicine
• Offices offer a broad array of state‑of‑the‑art ENT equipment and services

• Full complement of support teams to assist with patient care

• Diagnose and treat diseases and injuries of the ear, nose, throat, pharynx, sinuses, larynx, thyroid, oral cavity, salivary glands, and esophagus
• Examine patients in clinic and perform surgical procedures as needed
• Consult with patients to understand their health concerns and perform specialized tests to diagnose and treat patients
• Consult with patient’s primary care physician and other specialists

• Unrestricted licensure in the state of New York or New York application in process
• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Otolaryngology
• Active and unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain prior to start

The total cash compensation ranges from $350,500 to $628,000 and may increase over time based on productivity and performance. Benefits include a comprehensive package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401(k) contributions subject to eligibility.
