GRAFF LAB STUDIO is growing, and we’re looking for experienced Assistant Managers to help lead our Long Island art studios.
This is not just an art instructor position. We’re looking for someone who can help run a busy studio, lead a team, deliver an amazing customer experience, and create an energetic environment for kids and families.

GRAFF LAB STUDIO is growing, and we’re looking for experienced Assistant Managers to help lead our Long Island art studios.
This is not just an art instructor position. We’re looking for someone who can help run a busy studio, lead a team, deliver an amazing customer experience, and create an energetic environment for kids and families.
- Help manage day-to-day studio operations
- Lead, train, and motivate staff
- Delegate responsibilities and keep the team accountable
- Help run birthday parties, workshops, camps, and special events
- Work directly with children and families
- Maintain a clean, organized, high-energy studio
- Assist with scheduling and staffing
- Handle customer questions and resolve issues
- Help with opening/closing procedures and POS transactions
- Step in and lead when the Studio Manager is unavailable
- Previous Manager or Assistant Manager experience required
- Experience working with children required
- Weekend availability is required
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Comfortable giving direction and holding staff accountable
- Energetic, outgoing, dependable, and organized
- Strong customer-service mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to be on your feet and actively involved throughout the shift
Experience in children’s programs, camps, family entertainment, hospitality, fitness, recreation, events, or high-level customer service is a major plus.
