The Warehouse Clerk’s primary responsibility is to pick, pack and ship finished goods to customers in a warehouse environment to support upcoming surgeries.

• Performs work functions to assist department management in accomplishing daily goals: picking and packing finished goods, maintaining inventory accuracy, maintaining a clean, orderly (5S) and safe work environment, and meeting daily shipping requirements by following department OPs and company guidelines.
• Understands and performs the functions and procedures for efficient warehouse operation.
• Trains and directs other personnel in their duties, both clerical and physical.
• Maintains good housekeeping in all warehouse areas.

• Understanding principles of stock rotation, material location and arrangement for efficient handling.
• Awareness of storage conditions necessary to protect material from damage or deterioration.
• Ability to lift, carry, push/pull up to 50 pounds consistently.
• Works well in a team environment while presenting a positive attitude and contributing to a great team atmosphere.
• Can move at a fast pace while multi‑tasking when needed and handle more than one task at a time accurately.
• Able to follow directions closely and complete tasks efficiently and effectively.

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• An equivalent combination of relevant work experience and education will be considered.

Expected compensation range: $18-$22 per hour.
