Job Details- 4+ years of Accounts Payable experience
- Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) experience required
- High-volume invoice processing experience
- Three-way matching (PO, invoice, receiving documents)
- Vendor account reconciliations
- Check runs and electronic payment processing (ACH/Wire preferred)
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills (sorting, filtering, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic formulas)
- Experience researching and resolving invoice discrepancies
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
