Responsibilities
Provides administrative and secretarial support for departments, offices or project areas, including facilitation of overall office functions. Secretarial duties for assigned staff generally include either items of a confidential nature or reports, presentations and correspondence requiring the ability to create and revise complex documents.
May also be required to assist with a variety of special projects or studies.
Office management duties may include coordination of general office functions such as office workflow, inventory, purchasing, communication, or security.
Specific Duties- Scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Answering and screening calls, giving information to callers.
- Greeting visitors.
- Mail distribution.
- May supervise some support staff.
Associate degree or pertinent college level courses and 2 years administrative/office management experience. Hours may vary based on department needs. Monday‑Friday, 8am‑4:30pm.
