Position: Sales Administrative Assistant
Location: Syracuse, NY
Salary: $20-$24 per hour
Job Type: Full-time
Document Preparation:
- Draft, edit, and proofread sales‑related documents, including proposals, contracts, and presentations.
- Copy and file all documentation according to procedure.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in all documentation.
- Respond to vendor inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
- Assist in preparing and sending out communications, such as quotes and order confirmations.
- Enter and maintain accurate customer and sales data in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Regularly update customer profiles and sales records.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing correspondence, handling phone calls, and addressing routine inquiries.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless sales operations.
- Support inventory management processes by monitoring stock levels, coordinating product shipments, and assisting with order fulfillment.
