The Administrative Assistant supports the Hospital Administrator of Accreditation & Regulatory Affairs and the Hospital Administrator of Testing & Therapeutics. This position solves multi-level challenges and has the ability to use independent judgement to handle low-mid level day to day issues without direction. Provides executive clerical assistance (scheduling, calendar management, prepare agendas and minutes). Additionally, provides clerical assistance to the ISO Managers, Accreditation Specialist and Policy Manager.
Serves as a liaison with other internal departments including medical staff, executive team members and external agencies. This position tracks and trends invoices including contractual payments and process purchase requestions as needed for state/research and accreditation agencies.
Minimum Qualifications:
Associates degree and 4 years of administrative support experience or Bachelors degree and 2 years of administrative support experience required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced computer skills preferred.
Work Days:
Monday-Fridays, days with weekends as needed.
