This position is responsible for providing order accuracy, checking all transactions including product issues, duplicate orders, receiving transactions and inventory counts along with cycle counts. This role will work closely with the Materials team as well as customers to provide suggestions and implement improvement action plans. The incumbent must perform duties in a high-pressure environment with appropriate prioritization of incoming requests.
Supervises daily activities and verifies the accuracy of computerized inventory records. Monitors and adjusts inventory as required with current inventory software and Microsoft applications. Works with management to develop and implement new procedures to streamline processes and identify inventory discrepancies.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain, Business or related field and one (1) year of experience in inventory, quality control, warehouse environment or related field OR Associates Degree in Supply Chain, Business or related field and three (3) years of experience in inventory, quality control, warehouse environment or related field required. Excellent written/oral communication and presentation skills. Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office, web searches, and materials databases/supply chain applications.
Preferred Qualifications
Info/Lawson and Supply Chain experience is desirable.
Work Days
Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
