Job Title: Product Manager
Location: Syracuse, New York (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are partnering with a leading organization to present an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager who will support digital product initiatives across business and operations work streams. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who can help shape value cases, guide process vision, and support change planning in a fast-moving, multi-disciplinary environment.
Responsibilities- Support business capability assessment, design, alignment, and road mapping with cross-functional teams.
- Build business cases, including value projections and investment estimates, while keeping them aligned to product definition.
- Track objectives and key results, identify risky assumptions, and support experiments that strengthen confidence in the business case.
- Support change management, future-state operations design, stakeholder readouts, and product rollout planning.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, engineering, or a relevant field.
- 3-5 years of relevant business experience.
- Experience working on digital product teams is highly preferred.
- Experience designing and refining value cases, defining and testing product assumptions, and working in Agile product or project management.
- At least 1-2 years working with or within utility environments.
- Financial modeling and value case development experience.
- Ability to support business and operations work streams, stakeholder management, IT governance, IT PMO, and regulatory or board-level materials.
