in-office and reports to our facility on site in Syracuse, NY.
Evening shift (5:00 PM – 9:00 PM).
RoleSummary:
As a Customer Service Account Coordinator within our Data Entry Department at Rapid Response Monitoring, you will work alongside caring people while crafting custom solutions for the service providers we monitor to help them protect their customers’ property and families. The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, the ability to provide quality customer service, think on their feet, and be friendly but efficient on the phone.
$21.00 per hour (not including shift differentials).
Shift Differentials:- Monday – Friday 6:01 am – 4:59 pm:
Standard $21.00 per hour. - 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm: +$0.50 per hour.
- 9:01 pm – 6:00 am: +$1.00 per hour.
- Saturday & Sunday midnight – 11:59 pm: +$1.00 per hour.
- January 26, 2026 (8:00 am – 4:30 pm)
- February 23, 2026 (8:00 am – 4:30 pm)
- Receive inquiries from clients via phone, email, and fax.
- Triage and field questions from clients.
- Input contract information in our database.
- Implement client account transfers and verify changes.
- Ensure all client account entries adhere to jurisdictional regulations.
- Provide team members with proofreading, scanning, mailing, and other administrative support.
- High School diploma required, Associate’s degree or equivalent military experience preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to stay focused on assigned tasks.
- Basic computer and typing skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, especially on the phone.
- In some positions, an extra level of screening is required to obtain Department of Defense security clearance.
- Successful drug screen and background check to meet industry and security licensing requirements.
- Data Entry experience is preferred.
