Health Care System seeks to add another full-time Physician Assistant to their orthopedic spine team. The position will be focused on seeing both acute and chronic spine injuries and will be 100% clinic based. Once trained, the Physician Assistant will be able to run a parallel clinic to a Spine Fellowship trained Orthopedic Surgeon.
Responsibilities include:
H&P s, order and interpreting diagnostic tests (X-ray, MRI, etc.) injections and some hospital rounds. Successful candidate should be Board-Certified, highly motivated and have a passion for orthopedics. The position is five days per week (Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM). There are no weekends or evenings (no call).
The location is in a desired area of Syracuse, NY. The new Physician Assistant will enjoy all the amenities of a university town.
