Mid-Senior level

• Serve as a resource, a model, and provide group and individualized coaching that supports developmentally appropriate practices.
• Provide training for EHS program staff and parents to meet program goals.
• Establish a Project Base Coaching model to meet Standard for the program.
• Provide oversight support for service area specialties such as Classroom Mentor, Family Advocates, and Teachers to nurture positive relationships with children and families and meet program School Readiness Goals.
• Monitor program data systems to ensure utilization of classroom observation tools and schedule data collection (monthly, quarterly, yearly). Provide monitoring tools for follow-up on scheduled data requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in early childhood development, education, or related field and a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience.
• Master’s degree and NYS teaching certificate preferred.
• Experience with early education database systems such as TSG, PROMIS, etc. preferred.
• Valid driver’s license meeting Salvation Army insurance requirements and access to private transportation during working hours.
