The Library Student assistant at Upstate Medical University will uphold the library’s standard of service by thoroughly answering patron questions via phone, in-person and chat, and will use multiple software platforms to loan study room keys and library materials to patrons.
The student will help with special projects and events, engaging with library staff and patrons in the building, and assist with opening and closing the library, as well as other daily and weekly tasks as assigned.
