What You’ll DoAs a Project Engineer, you will join a collaborative team to deliver high‑impact water and wastewater projects across the United States.
Key Responsibilities- Support and lead projects related to water, wastewater, and/or water resource management.
- Prepare design calculations, cost estimates, technical reports, and engineering plans and specifications.
- Analyze data and present findings in reports, memos, and presentations for internal and client use.
- Take initiative and work independently while collaborating with Project Managers and multidisciplinary teams.
- Lead portions of design work and ensure deliverables meet regulatory and industry standards.
- Assist with permitting applications and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Coordinate with team members across multiple offices and disciplines to keep projects on track.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent field.
- Experience executing technical studies, analyses, and/or designing and creating plans and specifications for water‑focused projects.
- Professional Engineer (PE or P.Eng) license.
- Ability to make independent decisions and be accountable for results.
- Self‑motivated with the capacity to work independently and with a team to completion of tasks.

Competitive compensation range: $67,000 - $134,000 (dependent on skills, experience, education, and location). LocationPrimary:
Omaha, Nebraska. Other locations include Texas (Round Rock), North Carolina (Charlotte), and additional sites across the United States.
