Job SummaryThe primary responsibilities of this job profile include: managing security and loss prevention for the organization; providing protection for personnel and company property; monitoring building access and visitors; preparing and maintaining all required security manuals; analyzing loss control and accident reports; conducting internal investigations in accordance with legal requirements and company policies; developing and implementing security awareness programs; coordinating and administering security clearances and other security policies and procedures in accordance with the Department of Defense for government‑related contracts.
Job Duties and Responsibilities- Receives assignments in the form of objectives with goals and the process by which to meet goals.
- Provides direction to employees according to established policies and management guidance.
- Administers company policies that directly affect subordinate employees and recommends changes to unit or sub‑unit policies.
- Erroneous decisions or failure to achieve results will cause delays in schedules.
- Works on issues where analysis of situation or data requires review of relevant factors.
- Exercises judgment within defined procedures and policies to determine appropriate action.
- Provides direct supervision to professional individual contributors and/or skilled, support individual contributors.
- Acts as advisor to unit or sub‑units and may become actively involved, as required, to meet schedules and resolve problems.
- Frequently interacts with subordinate supervisors and functional peer groups.
- Interaction normally requires the ability to gain cooperation of others and to conduct presentations of technical information concerning specific projects or schedules.
- Reports to Manager/Senior Manager.
- Must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to hold a current U.S. Government security clearance.

Compensation ranges for roles at TTM Technologies vary depending on a wide array of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
At TTM Technologies, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on each individual set of circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is:
$62,714 – $104,523
Additional compensation: an annual or quarterly company bonus may apply based on position assignment. Positions hired for alternative shift may be eligible for a shift premium based on the assigned shift and location.
Export StatementMust comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC including but not limited to: a) being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents; b) recognition of foreign visitor badge differentiation;
c) understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL); d) understand the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US; e) manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.
