Senior Electrical Engineer - Test Station Design

Design and Develop test stations used to test RF/Digital/Analog/Power modules, subsystems, and systems. Designs can include bench-top manual tests, automated test programs, as well as sim/stim test systems used in production test solutions. Responsibilities include the complete design and build of the project, developing and presenting design documentation for customer and team reviews, integration and validation of the hardware and test software and costing/proposal data generation for new business.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent field.
• Extensive knowledge of test solution hardware development, cable design, component obsolescence replacement and system/component test
• Experience working with commercial test equipment including signal generators, network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, power meters, etc.
• Test automation design and measurement experience or knowledge.
• AutoCAD or Pro-E (Creo) knowledge
• Familiarity with LabVIEW VI’s
• Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required.

• PCB design using tools such as Altium, Zuken
• Understanding of bottoms up design to include drawing package structure
• Experience with design projects
• Knowledge and understanding of software as it applies to test development.

This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Onsite Full-time:
The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $85,500 - $150,765. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
