• Lead and execute precast engineering and design tasks efficiently.
• Collaborate with project teams to deliver structurally sound, cost‑effective, and visually appealing precast concrete designs.
• Perform and review structural analysis and calculations to ensure safety under various loads and conditions.
• Select materials and components for precast concrete production that meet strength, durability, and sustainability standards.
• Create accurate drawings, plans, and specifications for precast projects aligned with industry design standards.
• Support cost estimation for materials.
• Support Project Managers and Designers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Promote, utilize and support QA/QC processes to guarantee quality deliverables.
• Guide and mentor junior staff.

Actual compensation may vary based on relevant experience, qualifications/education, and other factors. • B.S. degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, Master’s preferred
• 5‑10 years minimum precast concrete design engineering experience
• Experience in precast concrete design engineering for transportation infrastructure and underground structures (utility vaults, manholes, drainage structures & pump stations) preferred
• Familiarity with ACI 318, ACI 350, ASCE‑7, AASHTO
• Familiarity with IBC codes a plus
• Professional Engineering License (PE) preferred…
