- Lead and execute precast engineering and design tasks efficiently.
- Collaborate with project teams to deliver structurally sound, cost‑effective, and visually appealing precast concrete designs.
- Perform and review structural analysis and calculations to ensure safety under various loads and conditions.
- Select materials and components for precast concrete production that meet strength, durability, and sustainability standards.
- Create accurate drawings, plans, and specifications for precast projects aligned with industry design standards.
- Support cost estimation for materials.
- Support Project Managers and Designers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Promote, utilize and support QA/QC processes to guarantee quality deliverables.
- Guide and mentor junior staff.

Actual compensation may vary based on relevant experience, qualifications/education, and other factors. The salary range is not necessarily reflective of the actual total compensation that may be earned nor promise any specific pay for any specific employee. Requirements- B.S. degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, Master’s preferred
- 5‑10 years minimum precast concrete design engineering experience
- Experience in precast concrete design engineering for transportation infrastructure and underground structures (utility vaults, manholes, drainage structures & pump stations) preferred
- Familiarity with ACI 318, ACI 350, ASCE‑7, AASHTO
- Familiarity with IBC codes a plus
- Professional Engineering License (PE) preferred…
