Senior Project Controls Manager

• Perform Project Controls Services—including capital planning, portfolio and project governance, front‑end planning, project funding, project set‑up, construction technology, procure‑to‑pay, and schedule control.
• Participate in the delivery of portfolios, programs & project delivery.
• Support development of clients' capital plans by providing cash‑flow and accrual information.
• Assist with preparing front‑end planning assessments to ensure projects are well‑thought‑out and planned prior to funding.
• Facilitate the funding process by consolidating information into a holistic funding request document.
• Work closely with clients to set up project systems and coding and communicate requirements to those providing inputs.
• Enable effective governance by providing relevant fact‑based information and reports.
• Assist in the smooth operation of construction technology with a focus on ensuring efficient information flow.
• Participate in developing project sourcing strategies and ensure effective procure‑to‑pay structure set‑up.
• Forecast and predictively influence project outcomes.
• Review and analyze schedule development and progression to proactively influence outcomes.
• Identify, quantify, monitor, and partner to develop risk‑mitigation plans.
• Ensure effective project closure, including completion of all financial activities.
• Support cost controls efforts for multi‑phase or complex funding structure projects.
• Actively provide feedback for process improvements.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Attendance at work during normal business hours.

• Demonstrated technical competency in project controls—including project set‑up, construction technology, procure‑to‑pay, schedule control, risk management, & project close‑out.
• Proficient in cost estimating for construction projects, including conceptual & detailed estimating.
• Strong research skills and ability to allocate relevant data.
• Knowledge of construction technology, economics, delivery methodologies, local tax & insurance requirements, construction law, measurement methods, and parametric or top‑down, bottom‑up estimates.
• Ability to communicate with stakeholders, internal and external, in a responsive manner.
• Strong analytical and Excel skills; proficiency in Primavera (P6) & MS Project.
• Functional proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP & Oracle, contract & cost management, and analytical/reporting software (e.g., Power BI).
• Experience with project information management systems such as Procore or ACC Build.
• Excellent communication skills across all levels.

• Bachelor’s degree (BS) in Construction Management, Engineering, QS, Architecture, or related field.
• 8+ years in Project Controls or related roles.
• Preferred certifications: MRICS, CPE, CCE, CEP, PMP, Six Sigma.
• Experience on large‑scale semiconductor, manufacturing, life sciences, or data‑center projects.

Ranges are determined based on the position, geography, client and industry experience and level, and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range reflects base salary only, and does not include the total compensation package.
