Project Assistant – Civil Construction

Our client is building bridges, roadways, landfills, and dams across the Tri-State area—and they’re looking for a driven Project Assistant to get in on the action. Great opportunity for recent grads to learn and advance their career. This role will allow you to expand your hands‑on field experience, support project managers, and own tasks like RFIs, submittals, daily quantity tracking, schedules, and billings—building the skills to lead projects in the future.

• Support project managers with documentation, cost tracking, and project controls
• Supervise and coordinate on‑site execution
• Manage RFIs, submittals, inspections, and purchase orders
• Track quantities, maintain schedules, and assist with owner billings

• 4‑year graduate with a concentration in Civil Engineering or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Engineer with 1–3 years of civil construction experience (may consider internship with advanced degree)
• Tech‑savvy engineer; MS Office required, HCSS Heavy Job a plus
• Ambitious, ready to grow into project management
