TechâSavvy Tasks: Dive into the technical sideâinstalling, upgrading, and performing procedures on gaming equipment. - đ§
Maintenance Master: Perform preventative and general maintenance on AGS casino products. Youâll make sure everything runs smoothly! - đ
Report Wizard: Complete paperwork and reports like a proâtimely, detailed, and accurate. - đ
Customer Service Champion: Provide âbestâinâtheâbusinessâ service to our customersâinternal and external. - âĄ
Troubleshooting Superstar: Fix service incidents quickly and efficiently and escalate issues when needed. - đŠ
Inventory Hero: Keep track of the necessary parts and inventory to stay on top of your game. - â°
OnâCall Rotation: Be part of a weekly onâcall rotation with your fellow techniciansâbecause sometimes the game needs you 24/7. - đĄ
Safety First: Follow all safety protocols and keep it cool even when troubleshooting in highâenergy environments.

Education: High School diploma or GED - đ
License to Drive: A valid driverâs license, vehicle insurance - đ»
Tech
Skills:
Youâre a problem solver, with basic knowledge of AC/DC electronics and computer networking (no need to be an expert, weâll help you level up!). - đ§
Experience: Knowledge in electronics/computer networking (gaming experience? Bonus points!). - đ
Tools of the Trade: Basic computer skills and a good understanding of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). - đ
Flexibility: A sometimesâchanging schedule and the ability to work mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed (because gaming never sleeps). - đ
Compliance: Ability to get licensed through Nevada Gaming Control Board (NGCB) and/or other gaming jurisdictions in which we operate.

At AGS, we take various factors into account when determining compensation, such as your skills, experience, industry and technical knowledge as well as geographic work location. These factors can lead to variations in base pay. The projected starting salary range is $21- $25 per hour, though the final offer may be outside of this range. We adhere to all local pay regulations and requirements.
