The Bonadio Group is currently seeking experienced Seasonal Tax Preparers to support the Small Business Advisory Service Line in our Syracuse office between January 2026 and April 2026.
Responsibilities- Prepare concise individual income tax returns
- Work on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including an understanding of current tax trends
- Adhere to the highest degree of professional standards and strict client confidentiality
- Handle and manage multiple priorities, and deliver projects and engagements on time, within budget and to the client’s satisfaction
- Deliver quality client service (internal staff/external clients) and value while establishing and maintaining strong client relationships
- At least three years experience in client tax preparation
- Proficiency in Pro System FX tax software
The salary for this role is $25.00 - $35.00 per hour.
Hours of Operation- Our office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Our summer hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 8:00 a.m. to noon on Friday
- We pride ourselves on our flexibility; however the ability to work additional hours will be needed at peak times
