Your role contributes to the branch’s success by delivering exceptional client experiences, building trusted relationships, sharing product knowledge, and introducing clients to our team of experts to help them achieve their financial goals.
- Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients as they enter the branch, managing lobby traffic, checking clients into the waiting queue, and scheduling or canceling client meetings.
- Exceed client expectations while assisting with day‑to‑day transactions, opening new accounts, and complying with all policies, procedures, regulations, and banking requirements.
- Educate clients on technology self‑service options such as the Chase Mobile App, , and ATMs to meet their banking needs wherever they want.
- Build meaningful relationships by actively listening, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions.
- Perform branch operations, including managing cash devices such as the cash vault, ATM, and others while adhering to all bank policies and procedures.
- Ability to put clients first and exceed their expectations by delivering attentive and friendly service.
- Ability to build trusted relationships and demonstrate genuine care during interactions.
- Ability to engage clients, communicate clearly, and anticipate client needs.
- Ability to resolve client issues quickly and accurately with attention to detail.
- Ability to elevate the client experience by working collaboratively as a team to deliver seamless service.
- Ability to learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately.
- Client service experience or comparable experience.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong desire and ability to influence, educate, and connect customers to technology solutions.
- Cash‑handling experience.
