Assist pharmacy staff in triaging incoming prescriptions, delivering filled prescriptions to patients, and performing cashier duties under direct supervision of a pharmacist, following standard procedures to accomplish assigned tasks.

• Assist in triaging incoming prescriptions.
• Verify and gather patient information (name, address, phone number, date of birth, allergies, chronic conditions, insurance details).
• Assess workload, establish prescription pick‑up time, and queue prescriptions for processing.
• Deliver prescriptions to patients, obtaining signatures.
• Perform cash register duties within the Pharmacy Department.
• Provide quality customer service to all customers.
• Perform housekeeping duties to maintain a professional environment (replenishing vials, dispensing containers, labels, computer paper).
• Maintain confidentiality of all patient information.
• Keep current with all state and federal requirements related to employment.
• Perform all store clerk duties as needed.
• Complete mandatory and regulatory training programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Minimum:
  High School Diploma (or currently enrolled) or GED.
• Preferred: AS Degree or higher.
• Hospital or retail pharmacy experience preferred.
• Vermont employees must be registered as a Pharmacy Technician in the State of Vermont.
• Drug test, initial and continuous exclusion and sanction/disciplinary monitoring are required.

$15.50 – $16.00 per hour. Final offer will be determined after careful consideration of skills, experience, and education. KPH Healthcare Services, Inc. abides by all local, state, and federal regulations regarding minimum wage.
