The Nursing Assistant performs daily care activities to help achieve the goals of the patient care plan as directed by the Registered Professional Nurse.

Pay Range: $19.75‑$26.13 /hour (based on experience).

Rotating Schedule – Crouse also offers competitive shift differentials on evenings, nights, and weekends.

• Assists the patient with daily care activities including bathing, dressing, feeding, ambulating, personal hygiene, and taking of vital signs.
• Supports and actively contributes to the achievement of the patient’s goals associated with the plan of care.
• Individualizes communication based on the needs of the patients and families.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have one year of patient care experience, or be currently attending an accredited Registered Nursing program and have successfully completed the fundamentals of nursing coursework.
• Must have Basic Life Support (BLS) certification at the time of hire or within two (2) weeks after hire date.
