Our caregiver team are experienced Non‑Medical Companion Caregivers and Care Partners who are committed and share a passion for enriching the lives of others. We provide non‑medical companionship for clients in their homes so they can age in place.

We DO NOT require healthcare certification and are NOT required to provide hands‑on medical care.

Shift and Availability
Our shifts vary depending on client needs. Availability of 20–40 hours per week is required to match Care Partners with clients. The more consistent and open your availability, the more opportunities you have.

• Personal or professional experience caring for a loved one or working as a Home Health Aide, Personal Care Assistant, Certified Nursing Assistant, RN, LPN, or companion caregiver.
• Valid Driver’s License and an insured personal vehicle to transport and accompany clients; a vehicle is required for every shift.
• Reliable cell phone with daily access to internet, email, and texting.
• Minimum availability of 20 working hours per week; shifts available up to 40 hours per week.
• Willingness to travel a commute up to 20 miles to and from client homes.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds.
• Completion of a criminal background and driving record check before hiring; we are a drug‑free workplace.
• No certification required.
