Job Description:
- Full-time, 2080 hours annually
- Client will discuss at interview possible schedules including 8s, 10s, and 12s. No call is required for CRNAs. 1 CRNA in-house for evenings, nights, weekends.
- This position requires coverage in the hospital operating rooms, endoscopy unit, cardiac lab, and ambulatory surgery center.
- Vascular, Orthopedics, spine, General Surgery, Urology, Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Cardiac cases
- This position will be supervised, but need to be able to function independently. MDs supervise 1:4 ratio; and 1:2 for Cardiac so the MD is not always in the room.
- Minimal pediatrics, mostly at ASC Adult, Geriatric, and 16+.
- Scrub techs, RN circulators, Anesthesia techs on site
- 15 Main ORs, 4 ASC
- Blocks are not required.
- Trauma Level 2

Epic - Experience is preferred, but also willing to consider new graduates
- $ annually for 0-2 years experience; $ annually for 2+ years experience
- $100,000 sign-on bonus
- 1.5x premium pay for excess hours and weekend hours
- Shift differential for evenings and nights
- Cardiac CRNA stipend available

- Board Certified CRNA (by time of start)
- REQUIRED - NY license (or willing to obtain)

- REQUIRED - Assistance with State Licensure, Certifications, Vaccinations if needed
