Travel Physical Therapist – Days

Location: Syracuse, NY
Assignment Duration: 13 weeks
Start Date: 1/26/26
Shift: Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, one weekend every month

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years; outpatient experience preferred

Requirements:

• B.S. in Physical Therapy

• NYS License or eligible

Scope of Role:
The Physical Therapist will evaluate, plan, and implement patient treatment programs in accordance with prescribed procedures.

Responsibilities include:

• Formulating specific treatment goals in collaboration with patients and healthcare staff

• Preparing and maintaining accurate notes and discharge records

• Participating in designated clinics, rounds, and professional conferences

• Providing education and training to staff, students, and volunteers

• Serving as a clinical instructor for senior-level students

• Facilitating new program development
