A national healthcare organization is seeking a NP/PA to join their Post-Acute Care team in Syracuse, NY. This full-time position offers productivity-based compensation with uncapped earning potential.
Perks and Benefits :- Salary Range: $130,000 to $155,000 annually
- Fee-for-service model with uncapped productivity bonuses

Qualifications:
- Full time (4-5 days/week)
- Post-acute care setting (SNF/rehabilitation)
- Collaborative team environment
- Back-office and administrative support
- NP/PA certification required
- Active NY license or ability to obtain
- Post-acute care experience preferred but not required
