Location: City of Syracuse
We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist (PT) for a Skilled Nursing Facility, offering a $7,000 Sign-On Bonus.
Role And Responsibilities- Evaluate residents’ conditions and develop personalized rehabilitation plans
- Relieve pain through exercises, hands-on therapy, and stretching
- Assist residents with tasks and monitor their progress
- Supervise physical therapy assistants and ensure quality care
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with legal and professional standards
- Collaborate effectively within the healthcare team
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program
- Current New York State PT License or actively working toward licensure
- Experience in skilled nursing or geriatric care preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply
