The Senior Outpatient Administrative Specialist (OAS) at Upstate performs OAS duties based on the operational needs of the department. Serves as a role model, mentor and preceptor for new and existing staff. Assists and supports the management team with daily operations related to staffing, workload and resource management.
Models effective communication and promotes cooperative behaviors. Drives customer service, patient experience, assists with monthly reporting and provider templates.
