Job ScopeStrategic leadership and execution of ongoing recruitment strategy including, but not limited to, building ongoing networks of talent, managing relationships with departmental leadership to coordinate fulfillment of enterprise needs, and development of the philosophical approach to building a diverse culture of talented individuals to lead the organization into tomorrow.
Job Responsibilities Recruitment- Represent, and exemplify, the agency culture and brand in a manner to attract the most talented, diverse, and capable individuals who will continue to add value to our team.
- Proactive approach to industry trends, including applicable technology and best practices, to continue to find the most capable diverse talent.
- Ability to utilize creative sourcing techniques to include network organizations, social media, cold calling, referrals, etc.
- Continue to build on our growing internship program to develop a competitive opportunity for college graduates looking for a career growth.
- Partner with organizational leadership to build our occupational profiles and help outline responsibilities to find the right candidates that will drive success.
- End to end responsibility toward the candidate pool, working with organizational leadership to drive the process from prospect through fulfillment of the role.
- Onboarding initiation to complete the candidate process and formally transitioning the newly hired candidate to their new leader to create a seamless experience for the new team member.
- Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across the enterprise to find the best, diverse team to ensure our continued future success.
- Critical and creative problem-solving skills to not only help our ability to recruit the best talent, but also provide insight to leadership counterparts on how the recruiting philosophy can manifest across the organization’s growth.
- Ongoing commitment to retain and develop talent as the organization grows

- Excellent communication skills, regardless of platform or medium
- Education:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred - Experience:
5 Years’ experience in recruiting and talent development activities preferred - Capabilities:
Excellent relationship builder exemplified by strong verbal, written, and presentation skills. Ability to travel, when applicable, to find success in the role - Technical:
Experience in utilization of industry applicant tracking technology
