The HR team is hiring a Talent Acquisition & Retention Specialist to work Part Time, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-2:00pm
.
Pay Range: $27.00 - $31.77 / hourly.
Talent Acquisition & Retention Specialist Position Responsibilities- Accurately enters all new hire vouchers, change/transfer vouchers, termination vouchers, and all other relevant employee information into the Lawson (HRIS) database in a timely and efficient manner.
- Responsible for all data, tracking, and correspondence with Finance/Payroll for the Applicant Referral and Sign-On Bonus payout programs.
- Actively participates and provides ideas/suggestions on talent acquisition and retention projects as they arise.
- Enters and updates employee licensure/certification/education in Symplr GPS database. Performs follow-up on all licensure when renewals are due.
- Maintains phone coverage on a daily basis to cover the lunch of the Main Human Resource Front Desk.
- Coordinates and processes monthly Lawson reports as well as other reports as needed.
- Other duties as assigned by department leadership.
Position Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required, Associate’s Degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a Human Resources setting required.
- Prior experience with Talent Acquisition preferred.
- Must exhibit strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, database management, and Lawson HRIS preferred.
