Spectrum is seeking a Manager, Human Resources to lead HR strategy across recruitment, employee relations and equal opportunity programs in a multi-location environment. You’ll partner with leadership to design initiatives that meet business goals while ensuring compliance and fair practice.
Reporting to the HR leadership, you will coach managers, oversee payroll, benefits, onboarding and workforce development, and guide labor relations and budgeting for the HR function.
