About the Role
We are seeking an experienced ERP Senior Solution Analyst to join a growing, innovation-driven organization committed to continuous improvement. This role plays a key part in shaping and implementing the strategic direction of the company’s ERP environment and related business systems. As the Senior Solution Analyst, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze processes, and develop scalable solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of business analysis, technical acumen, and ERP system expertise to help bridge the gap between IT and business operations.
- Build and maintain productive relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Serve as a liaison between business users and IT to align requirements, documentation, and workflows.
- Gather, analyze, and translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications.
- Support ERP configuration, integration, testing, and deployment activities.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, user guides, and training materials.
- Conduct quality assurance testing for system enhancements and new functionality.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and standardization.
- Collaborate with IT and operations teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives.
- Support ERP upgrades, migrations, and optimization initiatives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system and process issues, escalating as appropriate.
- Apply sound judgment, creativity, and problem‑solving skills to address complex challenges.
- Education: Associate degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 15 years of experience as a Solution Analyst or Business Analyst in an ERP environment.
- Hands‑on experience with ERP configuration, integration, deployment, and end‑user support.
- ERP platform experience preferred (Infor M3 or similar enterprise system).
- Strong analytical, documentation, and process‑mapping skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven capacity to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment.
- Detail‑oriented with a customer‑service‑focused mindset.
