IMT Customer Support - Student Assistant

Job Summary- Resolve PC Support and Help Desk calls.
- Troubleshoot PC related problems.
- Install new computers and printers.
- Assist employees with computer related issues.
- Work on projects such as department moves and hardware/software upgrades.
- Must be matriculated in an undergraduate or graduate college student.
- Must have basic computer knowledge.
Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm - Maximum of 29 hours per week.
