This position is based in Syracuse, NY.

• Install, troubleshoot and repair mobile hardware and software applications.
• Installations include new devices, departmental moves and migrations from existing devices.
• Research and resolve hardware and software problems as necessary.
• Troubleshoot connectivity problems with mobile devices

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of one year of experience to include PC support and customer service or equivalent combination of education and experience, plus excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
