Job SummaryThis position is based in Syracuse, NY.
- Install, troubleshoot and repair mobile hardware and software applications.
- Installations include new devices, departmental moves and migrations from existing devices.
- Research and resolve hardware and software problems as necessary.
- Troubleshoot connectivity problems with mobile devices
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of one year of experience to include PC support and customer service or equivalent combination of education and experience, plus excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
- Knowledge utilizing Intune and JAMF
