Desktop Support Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot issues with desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, and related IT equipment.
• Coordinate with on‑site support vendors to resolve hardware issues at remote locations.
• Prepare, image, ship, and track computers and accessories.
• Maintain accurate asset inventory throughout the device lifecycle.
• Manage incident and task tickets in the ticketing system, ensuring adherence to SLAs.
• Provide exceptional technical support to users both remotely and in person.
• Create and update documentation and knowledge base articles for internal use.
• Collaborate with IT teams and other departments to resolve cross‑functional issues.
• Assist with user training and provide guidance as needed.
• Support technology‑related projects and deployments as required.

Contract position based out of Syracuse, NY.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 – $25.00/hr.
