The Director of Information Technology will oversee IT operations including delivery and ongoing support of enterprise technology services. This role provides oversight of infrastructure, systems, and technical support teams while ensuring reliable, efficient, and consistent technology operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop teams responsible for infrastructure, systems, and technical support
- Oversee day‑to‑day technology operations and service delivery across multiple locations
- Provide leadership during system issues and service interruptions to ensure timely resolution
- Establish operational metrics and reporting to support service quality and reliability
- Drive process improvement, standardization, and operational consistency
- Support planning and execution of system upgrades and technology initiatives
- Ensure technology environments are stable, well‑documented, and aligned with business needs
- Partner with leadership and internal teams to support enterprise objectives
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience leading technology teams or IT functions
- Proven ability to manage managers and cross‑functional technical teams
- Strong background supporting enterprise technology environments
- Experience improving service delivery, operational processes, and team performance
- Ability to manage complex issues and shifting priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong communication and leadership skills with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- Hands‑on leadership style with a focus on reliability and continuous improvement
- Senior leadership role with broad scope and visibility
