Sr. Quality Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Quality Analyst for a consultant right-to-hire position with an immediate start date. The contract is six months with potential conversion to employee after six months.

Job Purpose:

• Responsible for delivery, process implementation, and oversight of a newly formed Test Data Management practice within our client's QA Center of Excellence.
• Coordinate the work of decentralized application teams while implementing a demand management operating model that proactively sources and manages test data on multiple concurrent projects.

• 8-12 years of general business experience.
• 4-8 years of quality assurance experience.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in the Financial Services Industry, particularly life insurance, is highly desirable.
• Proficient to expert level in multiple test automation tools.
• ISTQB or CSQE certification is a plus but not required.
• Extensive experience working with Agile teams and measuring quality in a shared ownership environment.
• Ability to negotiate and manage competing priorities is essential.
• Experience in test data management and environment provisioning, including data stewardship, data acquisition technologies, and virtualization concepts, is required.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to influence without authority.
• Ability to develop and deliver key performance indicators in test data delivery.
