Essential Qualifications
  • A great attitude and team-first mindset
  • At least 1 year of insurance experience (commercial lines preferred)
  • Active insurance license(s)
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Confident in using Microsoft Office
Essential Job Functions
  • Work alongside producers and other account managers to manage client accounts and deliver great service.
  • Build relationships with carrier reps and underwriters to help find the best coverage options.
  • Put together marketing submissions and handle carrier quoting systems.
  • Help remarket existing accounts and support producers with new business opportunities.
  • Talk with clients to understand what they need and guide them through their options.
  • Prepare proposals and help clients feel confident in the choices they make.
  • Stay current on carrier appetite and market trends so we’re always offering smart solutions.
