- At least 1 year of insurance experience (commercial lines preferred)
- Active insurance license(s)
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Confident in using Microsoft Office
- Work alongside producers and other account managers to manage client accounts and deliver great service.
- Build relationships with carrier reps and underwriters to help find the best coverage options.
- Put together marketing submissions and handle carrier quoting systems.
- Help remarket existing accounts and support producers with new business opportunities.
- Talk with clients to understand what they need and guide them through their options.
- Prepare proposals and help clients feel confident in the choices they make.
- Stay current on carrier appetite and market trends so we’re always offering smart solutions.
