- Demonstrate significant claims handling skills and carry an individual case load delivering high quality and efficient service.
- Participate in adjuster training to nurture a culture of performance and continuous improvement.

- Communicate with clients, carriers and brokers in a professional, positive and proactive manner.
- Effectively manage multiple competing priorities, identify coaching opportunities and position team members for successful development.

- Claims Background: workers compensation lost time/indemnity experience.

NY. - Active Adjusters' licenses: NY.
As a key member of our experienced Claims Adjuster team, you will
:
- Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers compensation claims applying your analytical skills to make informed decisions and bring claims to resolution.
- Work in partnership with our clients to deliver innovative solutions and enhance the claims management process.
- Think critically, solve problems, plan, and prioritize tasks to optimally serve clients and claimants.
- High School Diploma.
- Minimum of 10 years hands‑on workers compensation claims adjusting experience required including lost‑time/indemnity and litigation.
- Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states in which claims are being handled.
- Knowledge of all team member related functions.
- Bachelor's Degree.
