Bond, Schoeneck & King PLLC, a full‑service law firm of 300 attorneys with 14 offices across New York State, Boston, Kansas City, FL and NJ, is looking to hire experienced Business Attorneys.

Syracuse & Rochester, NY

• Private merger and acquisition transactions, including structuring and negotiating;
• General corporate counseling, including drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, shareholder agreements, operating agreements and financing agreements; business formation and governance;
• Experience working with closely‑held and family businesses.

• JD degree from an accredited law school;
• License to practice law in New York State;
• At least 5+ years of relevant experience;
• A dedication to client service;
• Excellent communication skills and people skills;
• Strong commitment to excellence, teamwork, and personal/professional development;
• Ability to procure, cultivate, and sustain a client base while working for senior partners on multiple exciting projects;
• Working familiarity with Microsoft products;
• Hardworking with creative problem‑solving skills.

Base pay range: $110,000 – $155,000 per year. Associates may also be eligible for a performance‑based annual bonus.
