Tully Rinckey PLLC is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join our expanding practice in Syracuse, NY! We are actively hiring talented attorneys with experience in Labor & Employment, Family & Matrimonial, Civil Litigation, and Trust & Estates practice areas.

Job Description:

As an Associate Attorney at Tully Rinckey PLLC, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional legal representation to clients across a variety of matters, ensuring the highest level of professionalism, diligence, and client service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal research, drafting, and case management, along with the ability to effectively advocate for clients both in and out of the courtroom.

You will:

• Provide comprehensive legal representation to clients
• Draft pleadings, discovery, and other legal documents
• Create strategies to resolve disputes efficiently and with care
• Develop case strategies and manage cases

What are we looking for:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience
• Strong litigation, negotiation, and drafting skills
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Admitted and in good standing to practice in New York State
• Excellent communication and client relations skills
• Ability to thrive both independently and in a team setting
• A commitment to integrity, ethics, and legal excellence
