We are seeking a Trust And Estates Attorney to become a part of our team! You will represent clients in legal proceedings, draw up legal documents and advise clients on legal transactions.

Hybrid work options available- some in office hours required.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in court
• Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients
• Advise clients on business and legal transactions
• Negotiate settlements for legal disputes

Ideal Candidates should have:

5 years minimum of estate practice, planning and litigation experience

Ability to handle a matter from inception to conclusion

Additional compensation for client origination

Salary range is commensurate with the candidate’s years of experience, qualifications and skill set. Attorneys are able to earn origination fees on clients introduced to the firm through their own efforts.
