• Representing primarily high-net-worth clients
• Perform transactional work, including drafting wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, and operating and shareholder agreements
• Quantify tax impacts of estate and business succession plans
• Work on estate and trust administration matters, including structuring the administration plan, supervising the preparation of accountings and estate and gift tax returns, and addressing procedural and disputed matters
• Responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, referral sources, and other attorneys within the firm

• A minimum of one year of progressively responsible experience in trusts and estates practice
• Strong verbal and written communication, analytical, quantitative (e.g., computational abilities and ability to work with spreadsheets), matter management, and executive functioning skills are required
• Strong work ethic is also required
• License to practice in Florida, an LLM in tax, experience in corporate and transactional work, or three or more years of experience will be highly regarded
