• Provide legal advice on employment law, labor relations, and workplace matters
• Counsel clients on federal and state compliance, workplace policies, and legal risks
• Represent clients in administrative hearings, arbitrations, and court proceedings
• Deliver training and guidance on labor and employment practices
• Draft employment agreements, conduct investigations, and negotiate labor contracts

• Licensed to practice law in New York
• 3+ years of experience in labor and employment law
• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Ability to build client trust and communicate clearly
• Works well in a collaborative, team-oriented setting
