Real Estate Paralegal

Costello, Cooney & Fearon, PLLC, a preeminent Upstate New York firm, is seeking a Real Estate paralegal for its Syracuse office. The successful candidate will support multiple attorneys.

Candidates should be self-motivated with superior organizational skills. Candidates must have experience in both residential and commercial real estate and in preparing closing documents, reviewing purchase offers and analyzing title documents.

The successful candidate should have at least 3-5 years of experience. A competitive compensation and benefits package will be offered to the successful candidate.
