Expected annual range: $67,500 – $99,000. Salaries are based on experience and market.

• Lead buying processes and resolve supplier issues to maintain ethical supplier relationships.
• Develop and sustain adequate supply of assigned commodities and inventory needs.
• Resolve problems related to selection of source, price, deliveries, specifications, quality and other terms.
• Adjust inventory for scrap, damage, or loss of parts.
• Support Value Stream Managers to improve deliveries and assist weekly production meetings with shortage information.
• Create and maintain supplier schedules for accurate and on‑time information flow.
• Develop and maintain purchase part strategy (PFEP).
• Identify, track, and report on KPIs critical to supply chain success, providing actionable insights for decision‑making.
• Lead analytics by creating, managing, and integrating complex models, dashboards, and tools.
• Drive operational efficiency with advanced data and system analysis techniques.
• Manage projects coordinating with teams and senior leaders to deliver analytics projects supporting strategic decisions.
• Reduce excess incoming inventory and maximize purchase value consistent with company policies.
• Implement safety policies and programs when applicable.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with one year in a Buyer or Supply Chain function or three years in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Materials Management.
• One year of experience with SAP.
• No immigration sponsorship or relocation.
• Candidates must reside within 50 miles of Syracuse, NY (military service exempt).

• 2+ years of experience with an ERP system (MFGPro, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Supply Chain Management.
• Manufacturing environment experience.
• Excel proficiency with V‑Lookups and Pivot Tables.
• APICS professional certification.
• Union environment experience.
